To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high level of service to clients and internal stakeholders. Prior experience managing the lifecycle of document management system solutions through their implementation, migration, or similar projects would help you hit the ground running.

Prior technical support experience with DMS and understanding of the ticket lifecycle
Passion for a positive client experience
Proven experience in stakeholder management, gathering business requirements, and leading client-facing meetings throughout project lifecycles
Two-year technical degree minimum; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
Experience with Azure AD, ITGlue, ConnectWise PSA, and Microsoft Office Suite are a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
