One-Off Studios is a fast-growing eCommerce and digital marketing agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We manage TikTok Shop, Amazon, and paid media for leading brands in the US and UAE. About the Role

You will be the hands-on platform expert executing day-to-day account management across TikTok Shop and Amazon for One-Off Studios' clients. Working closely with the eCommerce Growth Strategist, you will own the execution layer — listings, catalog, account health, performance tracking, and platform optimisation. This is a detail-oriented, high-ownership role for someone who knows their way around Seller Central and TikTok Shop Seller Center and takes pride in keeping accounts running at their best.

What You'll Do

• Manage TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central accounts day-to-day — product listings, catalog, pricing, and storefront optimisation
• Monitor account health across both platforms — proactively flag and resolve issues before they impact performance
• Track daily GMV, conversion rates, ACOS, and account metrics — report weekly to the Growth Strategist
• Coordinate with the Affiliate team on creator briefs, affiliate links, and TikTok Shop GMV tracking
• Coordinate with the Paid Media team on Amazon Sponsored Ads strategy and execution
• Optimise product listings for platform search and algorithmic visibility — titles, bullets, images, A+ content
• Support client onboarding — set up new accounts, upload products, and ensure everything is live and clean
• Stay current on TikTok Shop and Amazon platform updates, policy changes, and algorithm shifts
• Assist the Growth Strategist with performance reports and client presentation prep

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Strong working knowledge of at least one platform — you know the interface, the metrics, and what drives results
• Detail-oriented and highly organised — you manage multiple SKUs and accounts without dropping anything
• Comfortable working with data — you track numbers daily and flag anomalies without being told to
• Good written and verbal English for coordination and reporting
• Fast learner — if you are strong on one platform, you can pick up the other quickly

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
