ecommerce accounts executive

Key Responsibility

• Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes which includes invoicing, payment tracking, customer account reconciliation, ensuring timely payments from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and Nykaa.
• Perform periodic reconciliations, prepare and analyse financial reports. Maintain accurate records of all e-commerce transactions.
• Involves ensuring compliance with GST, TDS and other regulatory requirements.
• Handling tax filings and maintaining audit documentation.
• Will work closely with e-commerce account managers to resolve payment disputes, chargebacks and monitor commission rates and deductions.
• Will analyse sales and transaction data, provide insights for operational improvements and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and profitability while staying updated on industry best practices.

Core Competencies

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with major e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
