Key Responsibility
- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes which includes invoicing, payment tracking, customer account reconciliation, ensuring timely payments from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and Nykaa.
- Perform periodic reconciliations, prepare and analyse financial reports. Maintain accurate records of all e-commerce transactions.
- Involves ensuring compliance with GST, TDS and other regulatory requirements.
- Handling tax filings and maintaining audit documentation.
- Will work closely with e-commerce account managers to resolve payment disputes, chargebacks and monitor commission rates and deductions.
- Will analyse sales and transaction data, provide insights for operational improvements and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and profitability while staying updated on industry best practices.
Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
