Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and third-party platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat). This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operations, driving sales through performance marketing, and optimizing the customer journey. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of e-commerce experience in FMCG or consumer goods, is hands-on with ads and analytics, and has a strong commercial mindset with a focus on KPIs and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across own D2C website and 3rd party platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat)
  • Drive sales growth through performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok, retail media)
  • Manage agency and freelancer relationships (ads, SEO, creatives) with strong accountability for KPIs
  • Optimize conversion funnels, product listings, and customer experience on e-commerce channels
  • Align with supply chain to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time fulfillment
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine and execute the strategy for online sales​ growth.
  • Accelerate the sales across e-commerce channels: ensure the right assortment,​ presence, content, rating, pricing, price promotion on relevant e-com platforms.
  • Proactively reach out to multiple e-commerce partners across markets with whom we​ can engage to deliver our products to more consumers.
  • Utilize insights from online consumer trends to integrate effective practices that will​ further support online category growth.
  • Work with agency to build and execute digital marketing campaigns (Search,​ awareness, trial & conversion).
  • Lead agency to keep PureBorn website updated in line with Brand/ product strategy,​ drive PB.com sales across all available markets​
  • Follow trends and identify opportunities for growth; develop and change strategic plans​ accordingly.​
  • Build PureBorn data strategy to effectively utilize consumer data and collaborate with​ team to build 1:1 marketing campaign
  • Manage and track the performance of online sales (across all ecommerce platforms/partners) and ensure proper KPI's are in place to achieve consistent growth.
  • Lead regular reporting of Digital Shelf performance and e-commerce sales to the​ leadership team.​

- You have thorough knowledge of E-Commerce financials and operations.

- You have an expansive knowledge of current trends in online sales methodologies.

- You have a network of contacts to help you reach out to multiple ecommerce partners​ for building and scaling operations across markets

- Education & Experience: BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred

Requirements

  • 5 years e-commerce management experience in FMCG or consumer goods
  • Hands-on with ads and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Shopify)
  • Experience managing external partners and delivering sales KPIs
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance sales with brand

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
