Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Montivo.pk is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Assistant to support daily online store operations. You will work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure smooth product management, order processing, reporting, and platform coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the eCommerce team in daily store management tasks.
• Help in product uploading, updating descriptions, pricing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist in sorting, labeling, and managing inventory physically and digitally.
• Support courier performance tracking and create reports with the team.
• Manage Daraz orders, including processing, updating statuses, and tracking shipments.
• Help maintain product management tasks including discounts, offers, and collections on Shopify.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets (must).
• Working knowledge of Shopify (preferred but can be trained).
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms, especially Daraz.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
