We are partnering with a fast-growing, design-led retail brand to appoint a
Digital Trading Lead
to take ownership of online commercial performance across DTC and marketplace channels.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of the digital function — responsible for shaping online growth strategy, driving revenue performance, and continuously optimising the customer journey across web and app platforms.

The Opportunity
You will lead the digital trading agenda with accountability for revenue, conversion, margin and customer experience optimisation across multiple territories.
Your remit will include:
Commercial & Trading Ownership

Define and execute digital trading strategy aligned with regional growth objectives.

Own promotional planning and trading calendars across DTC and third-party marketplaces.

Drive revenue through proactive analysis of KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV and sell-through.

Translate stock, pricing and performance data into actionable commercial decisions.
Digital Merchandising & Customer Experience

Lead site and app merchandising strategy, ensuring best-in-class navigation, product storytelling and seasonal execution.

Continuously improve UX through testing, behavioural insight and conversion optimisation initiatives.

Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to enhance basket value and customer lifetime value.
Platform & Roadmap Contribution

Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to prioritise enhancements based on commercial ROI.

Identify friction points and drop-offs, driving measurable improvements in site performance.

Ensure integrated execution of campaigns across digital touchpoints including CRM, homepage and app.
Performance, Forecasting & Leadership

Own weekly and monthly trade reporting for senior leadership.

Lead forecasting cycles and performance planning.

Support and mentor team members, fostering a results-driven trading culture.
About You

5+ years’ experience in digital trading or eCommerce leadership within fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail.

Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue-driving capability.

Experience operating within GCC or international multi-region environments preferred.

Highly analytical, confident in data interpretation and performance optimisation.

Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with analytics and optimisation platforms advantageous.

Confident communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
