Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven eCommerce Associate to join our growing eCommerce operations team. This role offers hands-on experience managing product listings, order processing, and marketplace operations across leading global platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other international marketplaces.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital commerce and want to build a long-term career in international eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other eCommerce marketplaces
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and visibility to improve sales and ranking
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Track inventory levels and assist in inventory planning and updates
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and marketplace compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve listings, conversions, and operational efficiency
• Support day-to-day marketplace account management activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory
