Ecommerce Associate

We are urgently hiring remotely for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage day-to-day operations of our online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

-Uploading and updating products on the website accurately

-Regularly checking product listings, prices, and availability

-Booking and processing customer orders in a timely manner

-Coordinating with partner brands to ensure timely dispatch of orders

-Communicating with brand teams and courier salespersons via calls and messages

-Tracking order status and ensuring smooth order fulfillment

Requirements:

-Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online order processing

-Good communication and coordination skills

-Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

-Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Prior e-commerce or online sales experience will be a plus.

This is a remote job but candidate must be based in Karachi.
