Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Part Time)

Were hiring a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to handle incoming communications (emails/calls/messages) and support day-to-day Shopify store management, including product listings and basic store admin tasks. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in Shopify.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally
  • Handle inbound calls (answer/return calls), take clear messages, and escalate issues when needed
  • Provide basic customer support: order status, shipping updates, returns/exchanges, product questions
  • Maintain organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and action items
  • Manage Shopify admin tasks: product uploads/updates (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, SKUs, tags), collections, and inventory updates
  • Upload/edit product images and ensure product pages are accurate and well-formatted
  • Assist with basic order management (review orders, flag issues, coordinate with fulfillment/shipping as needed)
  • Share regular updates (daily/weekly) on inbox volume, unresolved issues, and completed store tasks
  • Assist employer with various tasks relating to sales, website maintenance, shipping, internal records (excel spreadsheets stored on Goggle Drive), communication with content providers and other third part service providers.
  • Familiar with basic management of Instagram, Facebook and Pintrest.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Rep, or eCommerce Assistant
  • Shopify experience (product listing, store admin, basic order/inventory management)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (comfortable on calls)
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
  • Ability to multitask and handle separate projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace during working hours

Other Details:

  • Job Timings: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EST (6:00 pm to 10 pm PKT)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
