Business Analyst (eCommerce Focused)

Description

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst (eCommerce Focused) with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will have exposure to eCommerce operations and ERP-driven finance, and will be able to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role works closely with Finance, Operations (warehouse/fulfillment), and Technical teams (ERP/eCommerce/integrations) and requires someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and meets deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business objectives, workflows, and requirements in alignment with organizational goals.
• Convert high-level needs into clear, detailed requirements and user stories for technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions; prepare minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Validate data flow between eCommerce platforms and ERP to ensure accuracy (orders, payments, refunds, inventory, COGS).
• Analyze financial and operational performance across eCommerce and ERP; provide insights to management.
• Support system enhancements by ensuring requirements align with business needs and are implemented correctly.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation.
• Support QA and testing by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and ensuring solution quality.
• Facilitate UAT, capture feedback, and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
• Support P&L accuracy across warehouses/fulfillment nodes (as applicable).
  
  

Education

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Finance & Accounting / Business Administration (BBA/MBA/MS preferred)

ACCA / CA candidates preferred

Experience

Minimum 2+ years in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting, audit/internal controls, or related roles

eCommerce / fulfillment / warehouse experience is a strong plus

Compensation Package
