The E-commerce Catalog Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the SoukOnWheels.com online product catalog — including creating and organizing product categories, uploading and updating product information, monitoring pricing and promotions, and ensuring that all website content reflects the brand’s freshness, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage product categories and collections on the website.

Upload and update product details, images, descriptions, and prices in WooCommerce.

Regularly update stock status, offers, and seasonal promotions.

Coordinate with the procurement and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product data.

Ensure all product listings meet company quality standards and are optimized for SEO.

Maintain accurate pricing and promotional details across the website.

Monitor website content for errors, outdated items, or inconsistencies.

Assist in preparing content for banners, campaigns, and newsletters.

Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to sync product availability and delivery timelines.

Generate weekly reports on product uploads, updates, and promotional performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or IT (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce product management or catalog administration.

Hands-on experience with WooCommerce or WordPress CMS (required).

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good understanding of SEO-friendly product content.

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for bulk uploads and data management.

Basic image editing knowledge (Photoshop/Canva) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
