We are looking for "Ecommerce Manager" for the following

E-commerce Manager Position

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager who possesses expertise in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing social media campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams that include web developers and SEO specialists. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital customer journeys, performance marketing, website optimization, and methods to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at driving traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and increasing online revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize the user experience and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, such as expanding product categories, entering new markets, and integrating omnichannel solutions.

Website Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website(s), ensuring optimal performance, robust security, and adherence to user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with web developers to manage site updates, address technical challenges, and implement new website features.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously improve site effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including SEO specialists, web developers, designers, and content creators.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with overall business objectives.

SEO & Content Strategy

  • Supervise the SEO team to guarantee the implementation of best practices in content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Monitor and report on search rankings, traffic sources, and overall organic performance.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
  • Work with the digital marketing team on paid campaigns, including PPC, social ads, retargeting efforts, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Track return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and various e-commerce platforms to generate regular performance reports.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders to guide marketing and product-related decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
