1. E-commerce Operations
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock details across online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace standards and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Product Content & Design
- Design and create visually appealing product images, banners, and promotional creatives for online platforms and social media.
- Develop engaging product descriptions, specifications, and feature highlights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials and online listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaign visuals, advertisements, and digital flyers.
3. Website & Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing activities such as SEO optimization, Google Ads, and social media promotions.
- Upload and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and payment reconciliations.
- Maintain records of listings, creatives, and campaign performance.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and design innovations.
- Ensure timely execution of all e-commerce activities and promotional designs.
