Ecommerce Manager-Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Content Management

• Create, update, and maintain accurate and appealing product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Namshi, 6th Street etc).
• Coordinate with the merchandising and design teams to gather product information, specifications, and images.
• Ensure all listings meet platform guidelines and reflect brand standards.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for SEO and user engagement.

Operational Follow-Up

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain to avoid stockouts or overselling.
• Follow up on product status, delivery schedules, and platform uploads.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve listing-related customer issues.

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

• Support the development and execution of e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing online sales.
• Assist in promotional planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and market trends to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to align listings with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report on product performance, stock availability, and listing accuracy.
• Identify slow-moving items and propose strategies to boost visibility or sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for product management, hosting, or analytics support.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• strong knowledge of SEO and product optimization.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Passion for fashion and digital trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
