About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist with in-depth knowledge of UAE and KSA digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing vendor accounts across Amazon, Noon, SharafDG, Jarir, Trendyol and other regional platforms, with specific expertise in FMCG food, electronics, cosmetics, luggage, and cookware categories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize product listings across all major UAE & KSA ecommerce platforms
• Ensure accurate product categorization and attribute mapping for each marketplace
• Implement SEO best practices for product titles, descriptions, and keywords

2. Financial & Operational Oversight

• Maintain complete understanding of all marketplace fees including:
• Referral fees (category-specific percentages)
• Fulfillment and storage fees (FBA/FBN/3PL)
• Payment processing charges
• Return and disposal fees
• Conduct weekly reconciliation of marketplace payouts and invoices
• Identify and dispute billing discrepancies with platform support teams

3. Category-Specific Strategy

• FMCG Food: Manage perishable inventory, expiration date tracking, and compliance with food regulations
• Electronics: Handle warranty registrations, accessory bundling, and technical specifications
• Cosmetics: Ensure compliance with halal certifications and regulatory requirements
• Luggage: Optimize packaging for dimensional weight pricing
• Cookware: Implement damage-proof packaging solutions

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Generate weekly performance reports tracking:
• Sales velocity and conversion rates
• Advertising spend vs. return (ACoS/ROAS)
• Inventory health and stock turnover
• Provide actionable insights to improve marketplace performance

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience:
• Minimum 4 years managing vendor accounts on UAE/KSA ecommerce platforms
• Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Noon Vendor Hub
• Hands-on experience in at least two of: FMCG, electronics, cosmetics categories
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Familiarity with marketplace analytics tools (Helium 10, Keepa, Noon Analytics)
• Understanding of marketplace API integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Amazon Advertising or Noon Seller Academy
• Experience with ERP systems
• Arabic language proficiency for KSA region.
