E-Commerce Merchandising Manager
to lead and optimize how products are presented across our app and website—turning data, creativity, and strategy into a seamless customer journey.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Content, Studio, Marketing, and UX teams to deliver compelling merchandising strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and sustained e-commerce growth. What You’ll Be Doing:
Merchandising Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute innovative e-commerce merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

Optimize product presentation to enhance customer engagement and drive online sales performance.

Lead planning and execution of promotions, campaigns, and product launches across digital channels.

Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
Product Recommendations & Personalization

Leverage recommendation tools and algorithms to deliver personalized product suggestions.

Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through curated assortments.

Monitor recommendation performance and improve effectiveness over time.
Product Presentation & Customer Experience

Oversee product setup, categorization, pricing accuracy, and promotional updates.

Ensure all product displays align with brand guidelines and visual standards.

Partner with UX/UI teams to enhance navigation, search, and overall user experience.

Manage personalization platforms to tailor content based on customer behavior and preferences.
Data Analysis & Optimization

Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CVR, and AOV to assess merchandising effectiveness.

Lead A/B testing initiatives across product pages, landing pages, and campaigns.

Use insights from testing and analytics to optimize layouts, messaging, and product placement.

Produce detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Inventory Alignment

Act as a central liaison between Content, Marketing, Design, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Collaborate on inventory visibility, stock accuracy, and forecasting based on sales trends and campaigns.

Ensure merchandising plans align with inventory availability and operational realities.
What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably within retail or consumer goods.

Proven ability to drive online growth through effective digital merchandising strategies.

Strong experience with CMS, PIM, and e-commerce platforms.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization tools, and recommendation engines.

Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce environments.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Leadership capability to mentor and guide a merchandising team.
