Ecommerce Multimedia Designer (Fully remote and flexible)

We’re on the lookout for a Multimedia Designer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can bring speed, creativity, and AI-driven efficiency to our creative team. This role will support in producing product images, website graphics, and assist with AI video creation. The challenge is to deliver high-quality output quickly, reduce the need for revisions, and leverage AI tools effectively to maximize efficiency.

The Impact

By creating better creatives, you’ll directly help our ads and products sell better. With higher production levels at higher quality, your work will enable our media buyers, site managers, and the wider team to move faster and perform more effectively.

Success Drivers for this Role

• Quickly ramp up to full production mode.
• Learn and apply best practices for design and AI-powered content creation.
• Consistently keep up with incoming graphic requests.
• Become a key assistant in AI video production, supporting both ad and product creatives.

We would love to hear from you if…

• You have hands-on experience creating AI product videos and use AI tools daily with advanced techniques for video and image production.
• You bring strong graphic design skills and can deliver high-quality visuals quickly.
• You’re experienced in video editing (After Effects, CapCut) and AI video prompting (JSON, problem-solving).
• You’re proficient with Flora, Kling AI, and JSON prompting techniques.
• You have a premium version of ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity (a plus!).
• You’re AI-obsessed, work independently, and have a sharp eye for detail.
• You’re comfortable in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants).
• You consistently balance speed with quality of work.

System Requirements:

• Windows: i5 13th Gen or above, 16GB RAM or above.
• Mac: M2 or above.

Couple of the notes about the role

• This role is an Independent Contractor position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on our operations.
• You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff to track hours worked.
