ob Title: E-commerce Customer Service & Operations Executive
Location: E/11-3. Islamabad. On-site
Salary: PKR 35,000/month Fixed + Commissions/Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Call every order to validate it, confirm addresses, and identify opportunities to upsell.
- Ensure all transactions are valid and properly recorded.
Customer Service & Engagement:
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and queries via phone, email, or social media.
- Handle returns, undelivered shipments, and other service issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers on social media, replying to messages and comments, converting interactions into sales.
Operations Support:
- Ensure smooth coordination of delivery pickups, operations, and returns.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering, packaging.
- Monitor and support timely recovery and disbursal of payments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations alongside sales responsibilities.
- Self-starter, Ability to work independently.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Timely and accurate order confirmations, low return rates.
- Customer satisfaction and resolution rate.
- Number of upsells and sales conversions.
