Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations, inventory coordination, and fulfilment strategy The role ensures smooth backend operations and timely order fulfilment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment across e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners for timely dispatch and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment planning
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds (RTO/RTV management)
• Track daily operational KPIs (order SLA, delivery TAT, fulfillment accuracy)
• Resolve operational issues related to orders, shipping, or vendors
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports (orders, inventory, logistics)
• Coordinate with customer support, finance, and operations team
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and marketplace policies
• Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or preferably H.O
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,941.95 - ₹32,000.00 per month
