Ecommerce Operations Executive- Bhiwandi

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. The role

involves coordination with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace teams to ensure smooth and timely

execution of all e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with warehouse teams for B2B, B2C, APOB Inventory, returns Teams.

 Monitor all forward shipments, returns Shipments.

 Manage inventory health

 Reconciliation of all Parties.

 Handle logistics partners and supply chain.

 Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for sales, returns, and stock movement.

 Communicate with marketplace representatives for operational updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Graduate in Commerce, Business, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Warehouse Operations preferred.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Knowledge of marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) is an

added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
