Ecommerce Operations Specialist

About the Role -

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our online business operations for our beauty brand. The role involves overseeing order management, inventory coordination, logistics, marketplace handling, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all e-commerce & Q–commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities –

• Order & Inventory Management
• Manage daily order processing across brand website and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and work with supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Marketplace & Website Operations
• Handle product listing, catalogue updates, pricing, and promotions on D2C website and marketplaces.
• Accounting-related follow-ups

• Account reconciliation
• Track marketplace SLAs and maintain operational compliance.
• Logistics & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with courier partners for smooth shipments and returns.
• Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, RTOs, damages, or customer escalations.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for sales, returns, cancellations, and inventory health.
• Analyze operations performance and suggest process improvements.
• Verification of Debit Notes (DN) and Credit Notes (CN) Basic accounting knowledge integrated with operational activities
• Work closely with customer service to resolve complaints, returns, and refund queries.
• Ensure seamless post-purchase experience for customers.
• Qualifications & Skills –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and OMS/WMS tools.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
