eCommerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to handle daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit, JioMart, Meesho, FirstCry, Myntra. The role involves managing return shipment tracking, new outbound shipment creation, processing purchase orders, scheduling appointments for dispatch, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Tracking and processing of return shipments

Create and process shipments on Ecommerce portals.

Share and confirm purchase orders.

Schedule and manage appointments for shipment pickups/deliveries.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain records of dispatches, orders, and tracking updates.

Coordinate with courier partners and marketplaces for smooth operations.

Provide regular shipment and order status updates to the team.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit seller portals.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience in e-commerce operations/logistics preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
