Operations Executive – Manufacturing

Experience

• 3 years to 5 years

Production & Operations

• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate between production, quality, purchase, and warehouse departments.
• Assist in manpower planning and shift allocation.

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Maintain raw material and finished goods stock levels.
• Track inward & outward movement of goods.
• Support procurement team with vendor coordination.
• Monitor dispatches and logistics operations.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP, or industry-specific norms).
• Report and escalate production/quality issues.
• Assist in audits and compliance documentation.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain production records, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs: OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), wastage, downtime, etc.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

Cost & Efficiency

• Support cost control measures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Minimize wastage of materials, energy, and resources.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of production planning & control.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
• MS Excel, ERP/Tally/SAP familiarity.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Problem-solving & decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
