eCommerce Sales Executive (International)

Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Promote and sell our products/services to clients across US , meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle inbound sales inquiries , effectively communicating via phone, email, or video calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of sales processes
• Stay informed about industry trends , market conditions, and competitors to provide value to clients
• Participate in training programs to develop new skills and expand knowledge in sales and eCommerce
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes in our CRM system

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and effective client interactions
