Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce SEO & Growth Manager to drive organic growth, paid advertising, and marketplace performance across multiple platforms, with strong focus on SEO and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy for Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour)
• Launch & manage Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Amazon Advertising/DSP
• Optimize product listings and manage large catalogs (2,000+ SKUs)
• Track and improve KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue)
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics & marketplace dashboards
• Support e-commerce operations and platform growth

Requirements

• 2+ years e-commerce SEO & performance marketing experience
• Strong Shopify experience
• Practical SEO expertise with proven growth results
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central & Advertising
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in pet supplies or FMCG is a strong plus
