Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze website and app traffic to identify conversion barriers and improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute  A/B tests  and experiments to optimize user experience and increase conversions.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize Algolia site search  results, filters, and rules to improve product discoverability.
  • Support  merchandising activities  such as product placement, collections, and visibility for campaigns.
  • Review and improve  chatbot interactions , recommending new scripts and responses to help customers effectively.
  • Suggest improvements to  UX/UI design , navigation, and checkout flow.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement conversion strategies.
  • Prepare reports on conversion rates, search performance, and chatbot engagement.
  • Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, and e-commerce trends.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, e-commerce analytics, or website optimization.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
  • Experience using  Algolia or other site search tools  is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in  English  (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
