Key Responsibilities:

Analyze website and app traffic to identify conversion barriers and improvement opportunities.

Plan and execute
A/B tests
and experiments to optimize user experience and increase conversions.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Optimize Algolia site search
results, filters, and rules to improve product discoverability.
-
Support
merchandising activities
such as product placement, collections, and visibility for campaigns.
-
Review and improve
chatbot interactions
, recommending new scripts and responses to help customers effectively.
-
Suggest improvements to
UX/UI design
, navigation, and checkout flow.
-
Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement conversion strategies.
-
Prepare reports on conversion rates, search performance, and chatbot engagement.

Stay updated on CRO best practices, tools, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in CRO, e-commerce analytics, or website optimization.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).

Experience using
Algolia or other site search tools
is a plus.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
