Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon and eBay stores. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product listing creation, SEO optimization, campaign management, and order processing. In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing sales, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our online storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and eBay, including writing compelling titles and descriptions, selecting high-quality images, implementing effective keywords, and developing competitive pricing strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing updates, and promotional activities to ensure consistent competitiveness and availability.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and search rankings to inform ongoing improvements.
• Handle customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries, managing returns, and addressing feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and eBay promotional strategies to drive visibility and conversions.
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon and eBay policies and guidelines to protect account health and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, seasonal promotions, and integrated cross-platform campaigns.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports outlining key metrics, sales trends, and actionable insights for growth.
