Ecommerce Specialist

Devomech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ecommerce Sales & Support Executive to manage and grow sales of our mechanical and electronic components platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills(in urdu) to effectively engage with customers, understand their technical needs and provide tailored product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders through the online ecommerce platform.
• Promote and sell mechanical and electronic components, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and recommend suitable components or alternatives.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support sales strategy and product positioning.
• Represent the company professionally and positively as the face of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in ecommerce & customer support, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electronic components and systems.
• Confident, extroverted personality with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms is mandotary.
• Outgoing and persuasive communicator.
• Technically sound and quick to understand customer requirements.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
