Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce processes, analyzing sales trends, enhancing the customer experience, and providing excellent communication to internal teams and external clients. The position requires a blend of on-site work and remote coordination to support global and local e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong E-commerce and Sales expertise, including an understanding of online marketplaces and customer purchase behavior
• Analytical Skills to evaluate data, generate performance insights, and optimize sales strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and foster positive relationships
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies or retail operations is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for e-commerce management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting balancing remote and on-site tasks

•⁠ ⁠Experience in marketplace management is a must (Amazon, Noon, or similar)  

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in e-commerce or online sales  

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and organizational skills  

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and ability to multitask

•⁠ ⁠Daily management of e-commerce platforms & marketplaces  

•⁠ ⁠Order processing & customer communication  

•⁠ ⁠Basic reporting & performance tracking  

Nice to Have:

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms  

•⁠ ⁠Background in retail, tourism, or cultural products
