Job Purpose

Manage multiple ecommerce stores, handle product listings, oversee orders, support customers, and coordinate with marketing and SEO teams to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Research & Selection

  • Identify trending, high-demand products suitable for online sales.
  • Evaluate competitor pricing, margins, and market demand.
  • Prepare product sheets with titles, descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Source products through suppliers and manage supplier coordination for fulfillment.

2. Product Listing & Store Optimization

  • Add new products with accurate descriptions, images, and variations.
  • Maintain categories, homepage banners, discount offers, and inventory status.
  • Improve product pages for conversion and SEO basics.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment Management

  • Confirm COD orders via WhatsApp or call.
  • Coordinate shipments with courier partners.
  • Track deliveries, resolve delays, and manage returns.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth delivery flow.

4. Customer Support

  • Respond to messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and email.
  • Handle pre-sales and post-sales questions.
  • Provide order tracking and issue resolution.

5. Coordination With SEO & Marketing

  • Work with SEO specialist to improve ranking and organic traffic.
  • Assist Ads Manager with product ideas, content requirements, and landing pages.
  • Monitor marketing results and share insights.

6. Reporting & Admin

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on:
  • Orders
  • Sales
  • Best sellers
  • Supplier issues
  • Inventory and logistics
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online product research.
  • Good knowledge of ecommerce operations and supplier coordination.
  • Confident in customer communication (messages + calls).
  • Basic Canva skills for product creatives (preferred).
  • Familiar with Pakistan’s COD couriers (Trax, Leopard, M&P, CallCourier).

  • Continuous improvements in store performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
