JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Executive will play a key role in managing end-to-end supply chain operations and ensuring smooth coordination across suppliers, logistics partners, and online marketplaces. The role focuses on accurate reporting, process optimization, and timely issue resolution to support the company’s operational efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily procurement and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier dispatches and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and Amazon for shipment-related issues.
• Handle and track customer returns with proper documentation.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with invoices and sales data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on supply chain performance and returns.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret and manipulate operational data.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. (BBA in SCM preferred)

SALARY:

• Market-competitive salary and benefits.

JOB TYPE:

• Full-time — Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 9 pm, with alternate working Saturdays
• On-site role; candidates must be able to commute daily.
• Only Karachi-based candidates will be considered for interviews
