Job Description of Senior Researcher

• Member of the Research team
• Conducting business climate surveys and writing reports, press releases thereon.
• Active engagement in the compilation and quality publication of assigned reports and documents.
• Close monitoring of economic data from international/local websites, international media, and sharing matters of interest with management and members.
• Monitoring of websites of assigned Regulatory bodies and sharing new laws/regulations with management and members.
• Providing timely feedback to authorities on new laws, draft laws, and ordinances, including gathering and consolidating comments from members.
• Initiate new research work in line with local and international best practices
• Bench marking Research work with other Business
• Converting research-related work for relevant mediums to be posted by experts on the website and social media platforms.
• Coordinator of two / three assigned Subcommittees:

Qualification/Other requirements

• Postgraduate in business-related fields; preferably PhD in economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in research
• Well versed with matters related to the economy, research surveys, etc.
• Analytical skills for analysing and commenting on survey results, economic data, etc.
• Should be proficient in the English language – including writing skills (very Important).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
