Qualifications Required

• M.Com (Master of Commerce) with specialization in Economics/related subject
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory as per CBSE norms

Experience Required

• Prior teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred
• Strong subject knowledge of Economics
• Ability to integrate innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and student-centered learning practices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Economics lessons as per CBSE curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and exam papers in alignment with board requirements
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment
• Guide students in projects, activities, and competitive examinations related to Economics
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in academic planning, workshops, and school activities
