Job Title: Associate Teacher

Job Summary:

The Associate Teacher will play a crucial role in delivering quality academic support for students

in Grades 11, 12, and 13, with a specific focus on IPE curriculum delivery, study hour facilitation,

and regular student and parent engagement. This role demands a strong commitment to

student success, academic excellence, and fostering a motivating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Delivery:

○ Teach IPE syllabus for Grades 11 and 12 effectively and as per the prescribed

curriculum.

Study Hours Supervision:

○ Conduct and manage structured study hours for students of Grades 11, 12, and

13, ensuring productive academic engagement and doubt resolution.

Student Engagement:

○ Conduct weekly academic connect(offline or call) sessions with students to

discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on improvement

strategies.

○ Motivate and mentor students to enhance academic performance and classroom

participation.

Substitution of Sessions:

○ Take over classes as needed in the absence of regular faculty, ensuring

continuity in learning and minimal disruption to the academic schedule.

Parent Communication:

○ Facilitate monthly academic discussions with parents over a call to review

student progress and share feedback.

● Performance Improvement:

○ Continuously monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve

marks and test participation.

○ Encourage regular attendance in both classes and assessments through positive

reinforcement and consistent follow-up.

Evaluate Subjective Test Papers:

○ Accurately assess and provide constructive feedback on students' subjective test

responses in line with academic standards.
