Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans aligned with standards, adjust for diverse learning needs.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment, especially during labs.
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, especially during experiments.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
• Provide extra help to students, promote scientific inquiry and problem-solving.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, chemistry trends, and educational advancements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Chemistry with B.Ed.
• 3 – 5 years of experiences in CBSE curriculum handling the higher secondary students
• Strong potential in teaching and research.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Preferred: Female candidates.
