Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Structural Designer to work on engineering and project management services in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects from scope to completion within the Structural Design Division.
• Prepare structural steel 2D framing and detail drawings for greenfield and brownfield projects (topside and jackets).
• Create equipment support, pipe support, and cable tray support drawings for existing structures.
• Coordinate with other discipline teams to meet project outcomes and schedules.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, international codes, and industry standards such as PIP, API RP 2A, EEMUA, AWS, etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder with at least 10 years of experience; minimum 8 years in a designer role within structural discipline.
• Diploma/Degree or Advanced Certificate in Engineering/Design.
• Experience in producing design layouts, detailing, and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with structural software such as Microstation V8i and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
