Operations Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5+ years

Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Administer Linux and Windows systems in cloud environments, Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents
- Execute backup and disaster recovery operations, Optimize system performance and apply security patches
- Automate deployments and manage rollback procedures, Analyze logs and configure alerts for proactive monitoring
- Manage GCP resources including compute, storage, networking, and IAM, Use Cloud Console and gcloud CLI for operational tasks
- Track resource usage and optimize cloud costs, Maintain service health and troubleshoot GCP services
- Document operational procedures and maintain runbooks, Communicate incident status and updates clearly
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, Interact professionally with internal customers
- Stay reliable for on-call and operational responsibilities, Apply basic Infrastructure as Code concepts
Your Profile
- 3+ years in cloud operations, system administration, or infrastructure management
- Preferred: 5+ years in enterprise cloud environments
- Experience in 24/7 operations and incident response
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Familiarity with configuration management and monitoring tools
- Hands-on experience with GCP services including GCE, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring,Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications preferred: Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, Linux+ or equivalent
