Overview
Clean Control is seeking an experienced EDI Business Data Analyst to work on‑site and support the electronic data exchanges that power our core business operations and trading‑partner relationships. This role blends hands‑on EDI expertise with strong business and data analysis skills to ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient data flow across ERP and partner systems.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable EDI solutions using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and JSON.
- Build, test, maintain, and enhance EDI maps, translations, and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Monitor daily EDI transactions, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data discrepancies to minimize business disruption.
- Perform data and business analysis to validate accuracy, identify trends, and support operational reporting.
- Collaborate closely on‑site with IT, finance, operations, supply chain teams, and external trading partners.
- Develop and maintain documentation, mapping specifications, and test plans; provide support and guidance to business users.
- Drive continuous improvement, including automation, API integrations, and modernization of legacy EDI processes.
- Support audits and reviews to ensure EDI compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in EDI analysis, EDI mapping, or business/data analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
- Experience with EDI platforms such as TrueCommerce and SPS Commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI, or APIs.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or B2B integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based EDI solutions or data governance practices
- Nice-to-have skills include expertise in Analysis skills related to analytics platforms like Visio or familiarity with VBAs for automation tasks. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
