EDI Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EDI / ERA / EFT Enrollment Specialist to manage ERA and EFT enrollments, clearinghouse configurations, and payer portal coordination to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations across multiple payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete, submit, and track ERA/EFT enrollments for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Set up, manage, and maintain EDI connections with clearinghouses
• Coordinate effectively with payers, clearinghouses, and billing software vendors
• Follow up on enrollment submissions and resolve rejections, errors, or delays
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure compliance with payer requirements
• Assist billing teams by ensuring timely and accurate electronic remittance and payments

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven experience with EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments in the U.S. healthcare system
• Strong knowledge of payer portals and clearinghouses such as Availity, TriZetto, Change Healthcare, Waystar, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple enrollments simultaneously
