NikSoft is currently conducting a search for an eDiscovery Specialist to support the eDiscovery program of a large federal agency. The candidate will support the end to end eDiscovery cycle of case management, data collection, processing, and production.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will support the end to end eDiscovery request/case life cycle.
- The candidate will conduct quality reviews of data within the appropriate databases and request reconciliation of missing case data.
- Perform quality control of collection work product.
- Review search terms and archival tool output to ensure accurate collections.
- Monitor end-to-end collection process for all eDiscovery Resources.
- Respond to procedure questions dealing with the collection processes.
- Perform analysis of electronic data, related metrics for requests by stakeholders.
- Perform data processing, collection, production tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience spanning across the EDRM (File to Trial).
- Strong hands-on eDiscovery experience in a cloud-based email environment.
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Veritas, Microsoft O365 eDiscovery, or other similar tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and protocols.
- Ideal candidate will have experience developing and/or improving the end-to-end eDiscovery processes for large-scale organizations, preferably in a cloud hosted environment.
- Familiarity with O365's eDiscovery and Azure Information Protection and Enterprise Mobility tools.
- Experience in outlining requirements, identifying gaps and concerns, planning and testing capabilities and developing appropriate case management documentation for use within the eDiscovery functions
- Self-directed and self-motivated with ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal guidance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Power Apps, Adobe Acrobat, and document/discovery management applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, processes, and procedures.
- Relevant certifications like Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Relativity Certified Admin (RCA), or Paralegal Certificate are a plus.
