This position is a full-time, Monday-Friday position to be based in Bellevue, Washington. Candidates must be willing to commute on-site 5 days/week.
We are seeking a Senior Content Operations Editor to support the transformation of a large-scale employment content portfolio and help deliver seamless, AI-augmented employee experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strategize and execute content migration from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability. You’ll play a key role in evolving long-form, unstructured content into metadata-rich, reusable components that support new channels, audiences, and artificial intelligence applications.
Transform content structures: Convert unstructured, long-form content into reusable, “headless” content models, migrating assets from multiple sources into a unified system.
Apply metadata frameworks: Adhere to and advocate for established taxonomies and tagging systems to ensure discoverability and reusability.
Promote content reuse: Identify duplication and implement strategies that reduce redundant maintenance across systems.
Manage content updates: Execute and maintain updates in the CMS aligned with process and policy changes within defined SLAs.
Edit and proofread: Review and refine content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, and consistency with editorial and brand guidelines.
Ensure quality control: Conduct audits and content analyses to maintain accuracy, tone, and quality across the content ecosystem.
2+ years of professional content management experience (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress, or similar).
2+ years of project management experience within content operations or digital publishing.
Hands-on experience working with reusable or “headless” content models.
Advanced English proficiency with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation (C1 or higher).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of content structure, metadata, SEO principles, and editorial style guidelines.
Experience with global, cross-functional teams and multi-language content publishing environments.
