Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Editor & Proofreader with a love for anime, manga, webcomics, and novels. The ideal candidate will ensure that our content is polished, consistent, and engaging for readers while preserving the author’s unique voice and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit manuscripts, webcomics, manga scripts, and novel drafts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency.
• Ensure proper localization and cultural accuracy, especially in anime and manga translations.
• Maintain tone, pacing, and readability across different genres and formats.
• Collaborate with authors, translators, and illustrators to clarify meaning and resolve inconsistencies.
• Fact-check references, character names, and cultural context where necessary.
• Format manuscripts and comics for publication according to platform guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve overall quality.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of [English/Japanese/other relevant languages] grammar and style.
• Strong understanding of anime, manga, webcomics, and novel storytelling conventions.
• Experience in editing or proofreading creative works (preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with translation and localization challenges is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
