Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team where you’re not just an employee, but a valued teammate! Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Write, edit, and refine content for blogs, web pages, email, ads, and other marketing channels
  • Use AI tools to generate drafts and shape them into human, engaging content
  • Work with our digital team and agency to optimize copy for SEO and conversion performance
  • Manage editorial workflows: build calendars, track deadlines, and keep deliverables on schedule
  • Coordinate reviews and feedback to move projects through approvals
  • Ensure every piece of content is consistent, on-brand, and true to Ivy’s voice and tone
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Excellence department to ensure all clinical content is accurate and trustworthy
  • Flag content for legal or compliance review as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment with healthcare standards
  • Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future work
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to strengthen how we create content

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of professional writing, editing, or content production experience (agency, publishing, or in-house marketing)
  • Strong editing skills and an eye for clarity, detail, and flow
  • Familiarity with SEO and writing for web conversions
  • Comfort using AI tools, with the ability to turn drafts into meaningful, polished copy
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience supporting multi-location organizations (retail, education, franchise, healthcare, or similar)
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well across teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, education, or performance marketing
  • Basic analytics or reporting skills
  • Prior experience refining editorial or content operations
