Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the editorial workflow from submission to publication
  • Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Communicate with writers, contributors, and internal teams
  • Manage content calendars and publication schedules
  • Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure content quality
  • Maintain editorial guidelines and style consistency
  • Assist in developing content strategies and topic planning
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all editorial projects

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in editorial, publishing, or content coordination is an advantage
  • Strong portfolio of writing or editing work is a plus
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or writing samples are encouraged to apply
