About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Team Leader – EdTech Sales
with strong exposure to
Regular University programs
. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing a sales team, driving admissions, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Education Counsellors/BD Executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of admission & revenue targets.
Manage daily operations, including call quality, pipeline management, and conversions.
Train the team on product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling.
Ensure proper follow-ups and CRM data accuracy.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to guide them through Regular University programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead fl ow, campaign feedback, and student engagement strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a high-performance culture within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifi cations
Bachelor’s degree mandatory (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in EdTech Sales
, specifi cally in
Regular University / Offline University programs
.
Proven track record of handling a sales team and achieving targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Good command over CRM, reporting, and sales metrics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
