Key Responsibilities: Market Launch & Expansion

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for introducing livestock feed products.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential dairy farms, poultry farms, feed dealers, and veterinary networks.
  • Establish and nurture dealer/distributor channels for rapid market penetration.

Sales Achievement

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets for assigned product lines.
  • Organize field demonstrations, sampling, and product promotional activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability through effective supply coordination.

Farmer and Channel Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with farmers, veterinarians, cooperatives, and dairy societies.
  • Conduct farmer meetings, awareness programs, and nutritional advisory sessions.
  • Address product-related feedback and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Competition & Market Insight

  • Track competitor pricing, performance claims, and marketing strategies.
  • Share market intelligence with management for pricing and portfolio improvements.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate daily sales reports, CRM entries, and collection follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production for execution of orders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s related fields.
  • 4-8 years of sales experience in livestock feed / animal health industries preferred.
  • Strong rural market knowledge with proven channel development experience.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively in rural markets.
