Designation – Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Connecting students according to the leads provided and counseling students who have enquired for the product/ services.
- Arranging the Demo for the students
- Doing the Post demo calls and closing them.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
- Flexible to work on additional days and hours.
- Supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance.
- Help students plan for their futures by guiding them in building a career.
- Review student concerns and all their aspects, help them seek whatever they are looking for.
- Being sensitive to student needs and guiding them about what they should go for.
- Student counselors work with students, parents, and educators to help the students succeed academically and socially.
- To provide one-on-one emotional guidance and help students plan for their futures by guiding them in building a career.
