Role Overview:

As an Education Counsellor (Sales Executive), you will be the key link between local students and our international counselling team. Your role involves understanding each student’s educational aspirations, guiding them on suitable study abroad pathways, and ensuring their requirements are communicated effectively to our counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with local students to understand their academic goals and study abroad ambitions.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on various international education pathways, including different regions and their unique opportunities.
• Connect students with the appropriate international counsellors for detailed consultations.
• Assess and document students’ requirements to ensure they receive tailored support.
• Utilize your study abroad agency experience to offer practical advice and insights on university options, visa processes, and application procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up routines to support students through their decision-making journey.
• Collaborate with counsellors and internal teams to ensure seamless student experiences.
• Keep up-to-date with trends and updates in international education markets and pathways.

• Proven experience working in a study abroad agency or education consultancy environment.
• Deep understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and regional differences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with local students effectively.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple student interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
• Passion for helping students find the best educational opportunities abroad.
