Education Counselor (Female)

Core responsibilities

• Student assessment: Evaluate students' abilities, interests, and goals through consultations and assessments to identify suitable academic and career paths.
• Guidance and planning: Help students set realistic goals and create personalized plans to achieve them.
• Information and resources: Provide information on various educational pathways, institutions, and programs, and connect students with relevant resources and referrals.
• Application assistance: Assist students with the application process, which may include writing essays and preparing for interviews.
• Progress monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to their plans as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with parents, teachers, and other educational institutions to support the student's development.
• Professional development: Stay current with the latest educational trends, policies, and procedures.
