Job Title: Manager Education
Location: Yashwanthpur, Bangalore (covering 3 campuses)
Desired Profile:
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience in school administration, education compliance, or liaising with education departments/boards.
- Strong understanding of CBSE/ICSE regulations, Karnataka Education Department processes, SATS & UDISE+ systems, and RTE Act provisions.
Education Manager – Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance & Liaison
- Coordinate with State Education authorities for school registration, recognition, and renewals.
- Liaise with CBSE and ICSE for affiliations and upgrades.
- Manage RTE admissions, approvals, and reimbursements with Education Department officials.
- Track RTE reimbursement status on SATS and related portals.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate updating of student, staff, and infrastructure data in SATS.
- Oversee timely updates of UDISE+ data.
- Translate and circulate government orders from Government of Karnataka to school leadership.
3. Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with Accounts on RTE reimbursement claims and audits.
- Monitor online reimbursement portals for claim progress.
4. Academic & Administrative Support
- Support CEO, Foundation Heads, Principals, and Administrators on academic and admin matters.
- Assist in drafting official correspondence to education authorities.
- Attend review meetings and conduct periodic school visits.
5. CSR & Skill Development
- Implement CSR initiatives in education, health, and community development.
- Support rollout of skill development programs.
6. Staff Performance Assessment
- Conduct performance assessments of staff and teachers as assigned.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in weekly and Foundation-level review meetings.
- Communicate regulatory updates to internal stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Management.
